Military Sport Awards

Yesterday, the Military Sport Awards were distributed in the nice surroundings of the Vienna Military History Museum. Together with Benjamin Karl (Snowboarding) and Kilian Fischhuber (Climbing), I was nominated in the category "Sportsman of the Year". The minister of sports and defense lifted the secret and I was pleased to be awarded the price :)

Furthermore, Markus Kössler and Richard Schuh, who were my longtime coaches during my youth time and the 10 years I spent in the Austrian Military Sports Team, became awarded "Trainer of the year".

After some picture taking moments, we enjoyed the Buffet, close to emperor Franz Joseph....
