At the beginning of every training season, our team, military orienteering team, conducts a treadmill test, starting at 10 km/h, increasing by 2 km/h every 3:10 minutes, at an elevation of 5%. Thanks to Robert Enne and his team in the military hospital Wien-Stammersdorf for supporting us every year. The goal, of course: Run as long as possible, but not as long, so that you fall, break your nose and burn your skin ;)
As usually, I managed to finsih 18 km/h and run the 20 km/h for about one minutes, so more or less the same result so far as always. Maybe their are some differendcies in the lactat values. We will see....
